Where We Came From
Beer is as foundational to our society as farming. We grew up in Small Town, USA on a peanut and cotton farm that has been in our family since 1918. Hunting, fishing, and handshake deals are part of everyday life as values are passed down from generation to generation. Big South Beer began as an idea while drinking on tailgates in our South Georgia fields. It was the love of honest work, simple pleasures, and great tasting beer that led us to create Big South Beer. We celebrate the free-spirited, Americana way of life here by keeping it simple and keeping it REAL.
